I initially thought I would repair the tear and be careful what I bought the next time. I decided to call Headingley Sport Shop and explain what happened. I spoke to a lady named Tobi. I have to say the service & concern that I received from Tobi was the absolute best. Tobi was quick to come up with a solution, checked with the supplier and called me back promptly. "I have lost count on how many Polaris sleds I have purchased from your dealership but the experience has always been A++, Recently had the oppourtunity to partake in a Polaris Demo ride on the 2010 Rush 600 and the 2011 PROR 800 and the ride was near perfect and better than the 600, smoother and planted, never been so fast over the bumps with total control and the engine is very smooth and responsive, quiet and no smoke, compared to MY09 Turbo SB which has all that but the quick throttle response, since I worry about Gas/Oil and workability in remote areas I have decided to take another look at the the CFI 800 very impressive motor for 2011."

"After 10 years on my '02 Vulcan 1500 Classic, it was time to look at a new ride. I purchased my 2011 Vulcan 1700 Nomad early this spring. I have put 9K trouble free km's on it and I am extremely happy with this ride. The bike's balance, handling and comfort is so much better compared to my previous Classic, and that bike was already a great machine. Any dealer can sell you a motorcycle but it's the after sales service that really counts. Headingley Sports not only excels at this but sets a standard to which all other dealers should try to obtain. I purchased my 2012 Victory Cross Country Tour last summer and have nothing but praise for the customer service I have received since. Being new to the Victory family I had lots of questions on everything from accessories to scheduled maintenance. Keith in the service is like a walking encyclopedia regarding motorcycles and is always willing to answer my questions and concerns. As far as booking appointments Keith has always been able get me in and out in the same day which is great considering it's a 3 hour ride for servicing.In closing, Headingley Sports keep up the good work and I will continue to sing your praises and will definitely send people your way as well as continue to be a loyal customer.Thanks for everythingDave

Just recently traded in my 2011 Vulcan Nomad for the new 2014 Vulcan Vaquero SE. OMG, what a beautiful machine. Enjoyed Kawasaki's and HSS DEMO day this May to specifically test ride the Vaquero. I was not disappointed. In fact I was totally sold. Nothing against the Nomad, it's an awesome motorcycle, just wasn't the right fit for me. Still breaking in the Vaquero but this bike handles so well, is so nicely balanced and plenty of power. I find out on the highway, this bike really wants to move. Braking with the ABS and K-ACT is outstanding. I have no worries this bike will stop when I need it to. Looks? Burnt Candy Orange with black flames, are you kidding me! This is one cool looking bike. Kawasaki has knocked it out of the park with this model. Can't say enough about the HSS operations and staff. I have had the good fortune of dealing with HSS for 12 years now and have always been impressed and fully satisfied by quality outstanding professional and friendly service. Seriously, anyone out there considering a powersport product, need to check these folks out. Family run business, can't be beat. Thank you Jill, Mitch, Trina, Richard, Dustin. Class act folks. Unbelievable pricing, service and support. It's well worth the drive on so many levels. Great show room, pleasant staff and the best pricing in Manitoba. It's only a 15 minute drive from the perimeter, take Roblin and it's great just for the ride along the river, even if you don't make a purchase.

Came into today to buy a helmet. was greeted almost instantly! was showed multiple options and explained each feature (forget her name , black and white striped skirt and dark hair) She explained how the helmet should fit properly and the difference between the multiple brands. she was very patient and very knowledgeable. she also helped me switch over the visors so I didn't break it by accident. overall an amazing experience would recommend this shop to any friends looking for gear. working at a car dealership myself this experience made me recognise that Headingly sport shop employs professional who take pride in there work.

I recently purchased 2016 Indian Chief motorcycle from Headingley Sports Shop. I was looking at Bikes out in the lot when Barry Uranick Came out the door with a welcoming smile on his face. He asked what I was looking for. I said just looking not buying. He didn't loose interest and walk away he continued to talk to me like a friend. I was interested in the Indian bike. There was no pressure at all. I felt completely comfortable. He asked if I would like to take one out for a spin. You bet I did. He disappeared and came back with the fob, fired it up and said enjoy yourself. My wife and I took it out for a good ride and there I made the decision I was taking it home. Barry was very knowledgeable on the bikes. Allie in finance was very knowledgeable in her line and helped us get the best financing to suit our needs. The service dept was very accommodating with my first service appointment. They were even going to fit me in a week earlier as I did not want to run over my mileage. I highly recommend Headingly Sports Shop to anyone looking to purchase any bikes, off road vehicles, or parts and service. They have a very professional group of people who are friendly and make you feel welcome. They are not hard sell group. They want to serve your requests and won't up sell. I really appropriated that about them. In fact I was looking at a expensive helmet and the girl at the desk showed me another lid that was more reasonably priced and of better quality. I have not had to deal much with the service dept yet but time will tell and I will write another review but so far I am very happy with the Headingley sports shop. Give them a try. One other thing. I had a friend who made a bike purchase at another dealership and when he took it to Headingley Sports Shop for some service they treated him like he had made the purchase there. He said it was awesome service even though I didn't buy the bike there. He also said that, that is where he will deal from now on. They gained another happy customer.

I just want to let Headingley Sport Shop know that your after sales relationship with your customers is absolutely outstanding, and I do mean relationship. HSS has made the effort to build relationships with their clients, and that will pay off. Every time I walk in to Hss I am treated like a friend, not a customer. Steve in service is outstanding. From the first time I met him he has made me feel welcome when I walk into the store. He makes a point of coming out to great me by name. I have never felt pressured by any of the sales team to purchase anything, even when i purchased my Indian Chief. All the staff in the store and shop are outstanding people. I actually enjoy going to the store and just hanging out. I have never been ignored by any of the staff and they always make a point of saying hello even when they are busy. HSS truly is a one of a kind dealership that has adopted a new attitude that no other place that i have walked into has. I want to support you dealership on that alone and yes, I usually do end up spending at least a couple hundred dollars at your store every time I walk in, but I have never felt pressured to do so by anyone. I wish to commend all the staff at HSS on a job well done and wish you all a merry Christmas

I purchased my 2017 Indian Scout from Headingley Sport and it was a very pleasurable experience. My sales rep was Mitch and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about the bike and what I really appreciated was that he didn't try to upsell me on any extra's. In fact he actually said that I should ride the bike for a bit then decide how or if I wanted to make any changes. (exhaust for example). Dealing with all the staff there is also excellent. My wife and I have always had all the help we needed when purchasing or gear or whatever we wanted/ needed. In a world where you mostly get treated like a royalty before you buy then a nobody once you buy, this is not the case at Headingley Sport. Overall a great place to deal with.

I recently had my Victory Hammer in for a complete rebuild of the transmission. Luckily it was covered under warranty otherwise the repairs would have been very expensive. Steve the service manager was in constant communication and providing a number of updates as it was being repaired. I just picked the bike up and it shifts up and down better than new. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will definitely recommend having them in the future. A big thanks to those who worked on my bike and were involved with it. Very smooth transaction overall.

There is a reason that Headingley Sport is the biggest game in MB. They have the best motorcycle brands (IMO) and they choose to have on their showroom floor what most consumers probably want to buy. Back in 2007 when they were just selling Kawasaki's, I bought a Kawaskai Vulcan 1500 classic. Even back then whole process of purchasing that bike was very professional on their part. I got a way from biking for a few years, but when I wanted to get back into it, I did a lot of research on what my next bike was going to be. Again, it came down to a Kawasaki. Paul Hibbs was the sales rep that took care of me. Before deciding on 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 1000sx, I must have test drove at least 10 bikes they had as demos. A good selection of Triumphs, Kawasakis and Indian bikes. Paul was very patient and informative through the whole process. I have driven that bike for about a year and a half now, but as much as I love the "Fun" quotient of that bike, I was looking for something different this year. Paul, once again showed me a multitude of different bikes and now they carry the BMW line, the options to choose from were even more significant. I instantly fell in love with the racing blue metallic r BMW 1250 RT touring bike. Again, Allanah in the finance department got me the best finance rate from their financial institution, had my credit go through very quickly and had my paper work to take to the local insurance company ready for when I got there to pick it up. Allanah has a great sense of humour, same with Paul! They both make the experience truly satisfying. The only reason I gave accessories a 3 rating is not the fault of their parts department, but rather BMW Canada itself. I wanted to buy the top case/padded back rest but it cose $1,900 before taxes for probably about $80 worth of materials. Those bike companies, sure have a huge profit margin on their accessories. Thanks again Paul and Allanah, but I think this is going to be my last bike. I can't imagine having anything else on a motorcycle than this one has!

I thoroughly researched every motorcycle that interested me. After having done so, the bikes that were on my list were all at Headingley Sport. Their company had grown significantly since 2007 and now included the Indian and Triumph lines. Paul Hibbs was my sales rep and he was very informative and let me test drive all the bikes on my list and some that werent. After several trips to their dealership, I decided on the 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 1000sx. What a fun bike and great for commuting. Paul was so professional and patient through the whole process. This year I decided that I wanted something different. Again the bikes that interested me were at Headingley Sport and now they included BMW. The dealership puts on their showroom floor the bikes that I believe most people want to buy. I instantly fell in love with the 2022 r BMW 1250 RT in racing blue metallic. Again, it was Allanah and Paul that saw me through the whole process. I enjoy that they both have a great sense of humour! Both times Allanah got me the best finance rate from their financial institution and had all of my paperwork ready for when I needed to license the bike. The only reason I gave Accessories a 3 star rating is that I wanted to buy the top back touring case with padded back rest. The charge for it is $1,900 before taxes for $80 worth of product.
